Online Coaching
Start again.
I help people find a mindful pattern of eating, exercise, and movement that they can stick to. By “stick to,” I mean from a starting point, through short- and mid-term progress, and then on for the rest of their lives.
Most adults don’t need yet another specific plan or method. They also know that motivation comes and goes. Consistency is what repeatedly lets them down.
This is a structured 3-month knowledge programme, blended with 1-1 coaching, designed to help you stop starting over. Although you’ll see welcome change, this isn’t about what happens in 12 weeks; it’s about what you’re able to keep doing afterwards with your learning and established habits and patterns.

Who this is for.
This is for you if:
-
You’ve started and stopped more times than you can count.
-
Your knowledge only seems to get you so far.
-
Your consistency is easily knocked off course when life gets busy.

You’re fed up with the “on and off the wagon” mentality.

This is..
Not a quick fix, a six-week transformation, a before-and-after photo shoot, or anything based on prescriptive food or exercise advice.
-
A structured reset.
-
Principles to follow rather than a rigid plan to stick to.
-
Penny-dropping realisations about where things have gone wrong before.
-
Straightforward , no-nonsense knowledge that helps you build consistency over time.

I can honestly say my whole approach to fitness, food and training has changed for the better. The combination of Morgans coaching alongside the course, has led to clarity and a real understanding of how all the component parts work together. My body has never felt stronger, my tummy has genuinely never felt fuller, and for the first time training feels sustainable instead of punishing. I’m eating carbs without fear, weight training, and as a woman have let go of the cycle of trying to kill myself with endless cardio. What really sets Morgan apart is the depth of his knowledge. He can pull references, studies and explanations from absolutely anywhere, but explains it in a way that actually makes sense in real life. He follows up, checks in, sends memes, sends scientific papers, and somehow manages to make the whole process both educational and genuinely fun. The community he’s built is supportive, motivating and full of people all wanting to improve without the toxic fitness nonsense. I enjoyed checking in with the others and hearing about the wins, the struggles and anything between. Morgans an absolute joy to train with, be coached by, and be around. Genuinely one of the best investments I’ve made in myself.

One of the biggest lessons learnt from my three months with Morgan, was how historically, I was making things so difficult for myself in terms of losing weight and getting healthier. My version of “good” was nothing of the sort – but it took a lot of convincing to let go of that built up approach. Morgan changed my focus on all thing’s food. Instead of seeing it as something that just had to become less, I learnt how to use food to my advantage. The idea of fuelling my gym sessions and giving my body what it needed to repair, and change, was alien to me. By concentring on better food rather than just calories, I started to hit my goals without feeling hungry all of the time or feeling guilty about having a pint or two. Training now makes sense. A successful workout isn’t looking at my watch to see how many calories I’ve burnt. I’ve a clear objective for each workout, and have found a workable mix of exercise, daily activity and rest – which means enough energy for work and family. I’ve a way to go yet, but with Morgans coaching and support, the path to get there is clear.
